This was a great season! Although as a Season Pass Holder at Mt. If I were living in NW Reno I'd probably get the EPIC Pass and ski Northstar and then use it at other areas in Colorado, California and Utah. My main gripe is their Season Pass, unlike the EPIC Pass, doesn't work at any other ski areas other than their own. It's really a locals hill, or a place to go for visitors that want to avoid the crowds/lines at the other more popular areas in the Tahoe Region. But this is not a 'resort destination' area as the dining options are basic and limited and there's not any sort of village or bar/dining at the top of the mountain. Hardly any lines (virtually none on weekdays). Only a half hour drive if you live in South Reno like me.
